A marketing major at Indiana University Southeast with a strong focus on technology, systems, and problem-solving. My academic path has been centered around understanding how business and technology intersect, especially in areas like digital strategy, data, and customer-focused solutions.

Alongside my studies, I’ve gained hands-on experience across both technical and leadership roles. I’ve worked as an operations manager for an electronics restoration company, where I oversaw workflows, coordinated projects, and helped ensure efficient day-to-day operations. I’ve also worked as an electronics restoration technician, handling detailed repair work and diagnostics, as well as a web developer, building and improving websites with a focus on functionality and user experience. Additionally, my time working in operations at Walt Disney World strengthened my communication, teamwork, and customer service skills in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Across all of these experiences, I’ve consistently been drawn to building, improving, and understanding how systems work, whether that’s technology, business processes, or user experiences.
