01 / THE BUILD

Built piece by piece.

This system has taken years and many iterations. Every change helped me understand what I enjoy hearing and how I like to listen.

02 / THE BUILD

Many formats. One experience.

A Cambridge Audio AXR100 and Polk L100 speakers form the foundation. Sources include an AXC35 CD player, Fluance RT83 turntable, DacMagic 100 DAC, and WiiM Ultra. A Klipsch Reference R-121SW supplies the low end.

03 / THE BUILD

The reason behind the gear.

Some days call for sitting with a record; others call for letting a stream fill the room. The system serves both without losing the enjoyment that made me build it.

THE TAKEAWAYThe best measure of a hi-fi system is whether it makes you want to keep listening.

STILL CURIOUS

What’s next?

Keep listening, experimenting, and letting the system evolve.
